Video upload errors

melabel supports video uploads for certain features including artist websites and promotional content. If your video upload is failing, here's what to check.

Supported formats

• MP4 (H.264 codec) — recommended
• MOV — accepted on most browsers

AVI, WMV, MKV, and FLV are not supported.

File requirements

• Maximum file size: 2 GB
