Refund requests

Learn how melabel handles refunds for subscriptions, per-release fees, and campaigns, plus how to request a refund and what to know about chargebacks.

Refund requests

melabel's refund policy depends on what was charged and when.

Subscription refunds

Monthly plans — melabel does not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Annual plans — if you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the charge, you can request a pro-rated refund for the unused months. After 14 days, annual plan charges are non-refundable.

Accidental charges — if you were charged in error (e.g., you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged), contact support@melabel.io within 30 days and we'll review and issue a refund if applicable.

Per-release fees (Starter plan)

The $10 per-release fee on the Starter plan is non-refundable once the release has been submitted for distribution. If your release was rejected and you haven't resubmitted, contact support to discuss your options.

Campaign fees

Campaign fees are non-refundable once a campaign has launched. If a campaign hasn't launched yet, contact support@melabel.io within 24 hours of payment to request a cancellation.
