If you're having trouble signing in to melabel, here are the most common causes and how to fix them.

Check you're using the right sign-in method

melabel uses Clerk for authentication. You can sign in with:

  • Email + password — if you registered with an email address
  • Google — if you signed up with Google SSO
  • Apple — if you signed up with Apple SSO

If you signed up with Google or Apple, signing in with email and password won't work — you need to use the same method you used to register. If you're not sure which you used, try each option.
