Inviting your team

melabel is built for collaboration — whether that's a core team running a label, a manager with access to an artist's workspace, or a producer brought in for a single project. How team access works

Everyone you invite gets a role that controls what they can see and edit. Roles are set at invite time and can be changed later. The four roles are:

• Admin — full workspace access, including billing and team settings
• Manager — access to all artist workspaces, projects, analytics, and campaigns; cannot change billing or team settings
• Editor — can create and edit content across the workspace; cannot access billing, team settings, or financial data
• Viewer — read-only access to everything they're given access to

[Label] — On the Label plan, roles can be scoped to specific artists on your roster rather than the full workspace.
